Listings, ordering mechanics, and everything in between — 2026 edition.
Prime Market runs two listing types. Simple listings work as expected — one product, fixed price, shipping options, done. Advanced (Bulk) listings give vendors more structural control: variable quantities, graduated pricing tiers, and multi-option shipping. It's designed for vendors who actually move volume, not just occasional sellers.
The listing architecture also has a few features worth knowing about upfront. Finalize Early (FE) can be applied to a listing, meaning buyers release funds to the vendor on shipping confirmation rather than after delivery. Auto-Finalize (AF) is the platform's built-in escrow release timer — if the buyer hasn't acted after a set period, funds go to the vendor automatically.
The Fent-Free flag is a distinct listing attribute that requires photo evidence from the vendor. This isn't honor-system — it's a verified claim that gets attached to the listing and is searchable. Buyers who care about this specifically can filter for it.
Listing types at a glance: Simple (standard), Advanced/Bulk (tiered quantities). Listing features: FE, AF, Fent-Free (with evidence requirement).
The search system is more capable than most markets bother with. You can combine filters — categories, vendor, shipping, and listing attributes — which makes finding specific types of listings quick even in a large catalog. The "Hide FE" and "Hide Vacation" toggles are particularly useful for buyers who want to see only active, buyer-friendly listings.
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Categories | Browse by product type — structured category taxonomy for navigation |
| Attributes | Granular product attributes within a category (weight, form, etc.) |
| Vendor | Search or filter by specific vendor username or reputation level |
| Ship From / To | Filter by shipping origin country and destination — essential for international browsing |
| Hide Vacation | Exclude vendors currently in vacation mode from results entirely |
| Hide FE | Remove all Finalize Early listings from results for lower-risk browsing |
Orders move through three defined states. No ambiguous statuses, no phantom "processing" phases. The lifecycle is linear and each transition is clear:
Order placed, funds moved from buyer wallet to escrow. Vendor has not yet accepted. Buyer can cancel at this stage if the vendor hasn't responded.
Vendor confirms the order and marks it as shipped. AF timer begins. For FE orders, funds release here immediately.
Buyer manually finalizes after receiving the order, or the AF timer completes. Funds released to vendor from escrow.
On Finalize Early: FE releases your funds when the vendor marks shipment — before you've received anything. Only use FE with vendors who have an established, verifiable track record. Available to trusted/established vendors only, not new accounts.
Disputes on Prime Market use a three-party chat mechanism: the buyer, the vendor, and a Prime Market moderator, all in the same thread. This means both sides can present their case directly and the moderator has context in real time — it's not an opaque arbitration process where you submit a claim and wait.
Valid grounds for opening a dispute include non-delivery, wrong item received, fentanyl presence in a Fent-Free listed product, and partial order fulfillment. The fentanyl-specific dispute path is worth noting — it makes the Fent-Free listing claim legally and functionally enforceable on the platform, which is uncommon.
| Dispute Ground | Description | Typical Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Non-delivery | Package never arrived after reasonable shipping time | Refund or AF timer extended |
| Wrong item | Item received differs from listing | Refund or reship negotiation |
| Fentanyl presence | Fent-Free listed product tested positive | Refund, vendor flag |
| Partial order | Order quantity or item count short | Partial refund or unfreeze for resolution |
Moderator outcomes: order Unfrozen (dispute closes, order continues), buyer Refunded, or AF timer extended to give more time before auto-finalization. These aren't the only possibilities — the three-way format allows for custom resolutions too.
